Deliveries & Returns
Royal Mail and our couriers are continuing to collect from us daily, however please be aware that delivery may now take longer in some areas. We are currently still managing to dispatch orders as usual, but once you have placed your order should anything change with our ability to dispatch, or with our collections/deliveries, we will email to let you know.
The majority of orders are sent same-day or the following working day at the latest. Within the UK we send smaller or lighter orders by first class post, and heavier or bulkier orders with Parcelforce on a tracked service. Overseas orders are sent on a tracked courier service. Your dispatch email will let you know how your order has been sent, and will include tracking information where applicable.
You can tell us in the 'comments' box during checkout if you have any delivery preferences or requests. You can also leave notes regarding delivery in the comments box, such as 'leave in shed' etc.
In order to book a courier service or upgrade delivery, we normally need to have the order and instruction by midday.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders received from Friday afternoon onwards are normally shipped on Monday
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order for any reason and we will do our best to sort it out.
We will refund any item returned to us provided that it is returned unused and in its original condition.
There is no time limit on returns during the current COVID situation.
Please send your return when it is safe for you to do so, to the address below, enclosing details of your order and indicating whether it is for refund or exchange. Please ensure that your order number, name and address are included in your return.
