How it works

Once you have attached Fabric Fastener tape (not included, available on the Accessories page) to this blackout fabric, you can then attach it to the window with any of the following:

• self-adhesive VELCRO® Brand hook fastener tape, suitable for upvc window frames
• VELCRO® Brand Frame Fastener Strips, these are removable and suitable for painted wooden or upvc window frames
• 3M Command(TM) Strips, suitable for painted wooden or upvc window frames

These are available to order separately and can be found on the Accessories page.  Whichever method you choose should be arranged around the window or frame as appropriate, then simply press your blackout blind against it for great blackout!

Between uses, instead of removing your blackout blind, you can use our magnetic tiebacks to hold your blind open - these are available to purchase seperately on our Accessories page.

Cutting Service 

This We can cut your fabric to size if you wish - simply select this above, and you will be prompted to enter the height and width you require (in centimetres).  Please make sure your measurements are accurate and take account of any protruding handles as we cannot refund cut-to-size fabrics unless we have made a mistake.  The smallest size we cut is 29cm in either height or width.

We normally only send offcuts of a substantial size, but you can tell us in the comments box (during checkout) whether you wish to receive these or not.

Information

This is our first range of patterns for children, perfect for making blackout blinds or curtains, or to replace rollerblind fabric.

As with all of our fabrics, this range can be cut to size and won't fray, so there is no need to hem.

2. Available to order by the metre, up to 40m in one piece

3. Machine washable on a gentle cycle (but note that self-adhesive attachments will detach when wet).

4. Fabric ordered by the metre is sent in one piece up to 40m

5. Polyester fabric.
